Ordering Process
To place an order, browse our catalog, select the item you wish to purchase, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is placed.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll confirm it for you.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Contact our customer support as soon as possible to request changes.
We process orders very quickly. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel, please call or WhatsApp us immediately within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been marked as "Shipped" and left our facility (common for rapid Nairobi delivery), we cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will do our best to assist.

Shipping & Delivery
For orders within Nairobi and its environs, we offer rapid delivery, usually within 2 to 4 hours for paid orders, or the same day for cash on delivery. Orders to major towns like Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru are dispatched same-day and typically arrive within 24 hours
